Uniform Information

Uniforms are an important part of scouting, and all scouts are required to have both Class A and Class B uniforms.  Class A uniforms (those pictured above) are typically worn to Pack Meetings, Flag Ceremonies, and most visits to public locations (museums, nature centers, etc.)  Class B uniforms are simply blue Pack 182 t-shirts, and are typically worn on camping trips or other activities when scouts will be especially active.  Den leaders will decide whether scouts should wear Class A or Class B uniforms for den meetings and various den activities.

The below is all that is required by Pack 182.  You may opt to buy more (lots of accessories are available) but this is up to you.

  • Class A (Tiger, Wolves, Bears) - Official Blue Cub Scout Uniform, Cap, Neckerchief & Slide, Belt
  • Class A (Webelos & Leaders) - Official Tan Boy Scout Shirt, Blue shoulder loops, Cap, Neckerchief & Slide, Belt
  • Class B - Blue Pack 182 T-Shirt

*We advise buying your scout's shirt a little big as scouts tend to wear the same shirt and belt year after year, only needing to purchase a new rank cap, belt buckle, and neckerchief/slide each year.
