The Pack Committee is a group of adults who help run the pack. All parents/guardians are encouraged to join the Pack Committee. They can join at any time throughout the year. There are many tasks that need to be done to provide a great program for the scouts. Some of these are bigger- like being a Cubmaster or den leader, some are for people with more limited time- like agreeing to help with a single event.
Parents benefit from being part of the committee by having the opportunity to get to know other parents in the pack. More importantly, the scouts benefit because the more adults involved in administering the Pack, the better the program they will receive. The Cub Scout program can have an amazing impact on a scout's development, but we need adult involvement to make that happen.
The meetings will be at 6:30pm on the first Thursday of the month.
